I thought they were supposed to put the WestBank signage at the top of this tower? Does anyone know what became of that?
Why would a company with no involvement in a building put their name on it?

i seen previous renders which showed "WestBank" branding on the top. I was unaware that this property sold to a different owner

To me, signage or logos and lots of lights, honking horns, crowds of people, and traffic, busy, busy are all things that come to mind when you think of "BIG CITY" with respect to Toronto it is a city that 20 years ago or the turn of the century as in like 2000 onwards most people back then still thought of Toronto as a city but not on the competing scale of like L.A. or Chigago like it is today. So when companies add signage and logos to towers its just adding more to that whole big and getting bigger feeling and view cities like Toronto are gaining. I take some great satisfaction in seeing Toronto moving on up, to quote the Jeffersons.

Absolutely agree. Lights, signage, noise, crowds, and mess are the reasons I moved here and not to the countryside. It's the heartbeat of a city.

Torornto has nearly 4 times the built and u/c skyscrapers than usa second city LA has... just facts.
and its population is more than that of Chicago. LA is not a very dense city with buildings like Chicago, Toronto, and New York. Its main tower cluster i guess you could call it, is mainly centered around the downtown were the other 3 is massivily spread over, covering a much larger area
