None of these, as you may have understood from the previous reply, is going ahead at this point, at least not along the Golden Mile section of Eglinton. When any of them does advance, you'll see that thread pop to the fore since someone will report actual news. Right now though, Line 5 or not, there has to be rental subsidy money of some kind behind the project, because basically no condo projects are starting these days: sales are virtually dead at the moment as investors are gone from the market.

The only Eglinton project that is starting now is out at Kennedy station, called Kennedy Green, and it's a Co-op, with alternate funding sources. It's database file is here, where you'll find info, and links to the thread and front page stories.
