Oh, is that the railing system right above the heritage? If it is, that's pretty sharp. Hopefully that's what they use all the way up

Those windows on the left side must be the fake ones that cover a blank concrete wall, but they still look pretty convincing, like it’s just a roller shade that’s down.

Looks like the horizontal cladding has been changed from the renders. Thought we’d be getting unique rounded convex cladding but it looks like they switched it to flat I-beam style cladding.

All the new condo towers on Yonge have made the cityscape irreparibly fugly. Maybe Yonge Tomorrow can save it someday

I disagree, I think it's feeling more like a major metropolis and will feel like Manhattan if the canyon effect is built up.

What stood out to me as ugly is how neglected long stretches of the historic Yonge frontage have become. It looks almost third world in some cases, even worse than Spadina now. These are all waiting for new tower projects to restore them into the podium but they're just straight up abandoned in the meantime.
