So.. um.. I am guessing there isn't anything going to be put on the awnings like glass or anything? They're just a buncha rods sticking out above the windows for aesthetic..? Lol..

Also what's up with the janky foundation..? It's a new build but the foundation already looks like it's crumbling..?

Everything about this building is odd.. but at least it's a conversation piece, and not boring! Lol.. and it beats the building that was there originally..

It's better than what was there but this building just seems sloppy and disjointed. I just feel this could have been much better.

Yes , I don't get what was trying to be achieved, I suppose infill. Hopefully they sold it out, and will help fund the next idea.

I would have to wholeheartedly agree - like so much with hamilton so much seems to have gone weird, but everyone just says "well it's better than what was there, and at least hamilton is building something vs just letting buildings rot.."

Today. Some thoughts. The hydro box is a choice, but at least not on the sidewalk like 10 Bay St. However this alcove is asking for security issues. The security cameras were oddly an afterthought... Which like. Whoops I guess? Last picture is exterior waterproofing being installed backward (the dimples should be facing the building face, not the dirt), can't recall if I mentioned this previously.

Overall, a solid 7/10. Better than a vacant derelict building.

Yah that alcove is a security risk/drug den just waiting to happen, it needs to be gated.

I'd probably agree on the 7/10 rating.

Glad to see the awnings have clear glass on top of them - this makes me feel better that they're not just some weird jut-outs that pretend to be an awning.
