Look what we built and buy from our next or past building. I believe this started about 10-15 years ago in small numbers for advertising.

It has become very common not only for developers put their name on a building but also the Architectural firm who design it. Some use small size while others use very large size letters or plaque.

Even during construction, developers and architects have their name on the hording/fence as well drape from the building.

As for that vacant house now, it will become a park.
