Delightful, energetic, colourful building not situated in the downtown core for all to see, admire & bring life to an emerging streetscape & skyline but sequestered faraway, way out there, in the boonies of Toronto. Good job.

For those who want to work but not live downtown it's not really the boonies per se...it's more of a pleasant happy medium I'd gather.
