Looks like the land sold on Nov 27 2025. Interested to see what happens here. I struggle to believe that the Fain design or any condo building of that size will be built on this plot in this market, but perhaps a trio of multi-plexes might prove profitable?

I guess the deal fell through, because the plot at 17 Rhodes is back on the market. The previous sale appeared to be conditional, and I wouldn't be surprised if the buyer (likely a developer) couldn't secure financing for a future condo project in this market. The puzzle of what can actually be built here continues...
