Who is the 'Woodbourne'. I just looked them up and they did 'The Well' so that is Impressive however this project wasn't mentioned?

But Woodbourne are involved here. @ProjectEnd saying so would make it true; but for added value, Clark, the constructor here mentions them on their social.

Woodbourne were the money behind Core (and many others). When the latter flopped, instead of selling the project to a new developer, the former just decided to take it on themselves. Clark, as NL notes, maintain their contract as constructor.

I also wonder if they will be changing the design of the building or the end use. I especially mean the proposed co-living aspect and turning this into 'traditional' renting.
