Woodbourne were the money behind Core (and many others). When the latter flopped, instead of selling the project to a new developer, the former just decided to take it on themselves. Clark, as NL notes, maintain their contract as constructor.Private Equity Real Estate Investor
Their site mentions only 'select' properties.
But Woodbourne are involved here. @ProjectEnd saying so would make it true; but for added value, Clark, the constructor here mentions them on their social.
More than likelyI also wonder if they will be changing the design of the building or the end use. I especially mean the proposed co-living aspect and turning this into 'traditional' renting.
