Tho you definitely have a point, we really can't even single out the proponents in Toronto anymore. Even high budget, high name Forma by Gehry has matchbox sized and horrible laid out floorplans like this.

One point is that it's very weird that 12 Beamish and 3823 Bloor West haven't been acquired and incorporated into this proposal. There's not enough land area to redevelop into anything meaningful.
