Jokes about the kindergarten level design aside, this is incredible for downtown NF. They have so much potential in that little historic downtown but it's just not even remotely a population centre. Hopefully they can boost business around there which will support their goals of making Niagara a more well-rounded tourist hub and with better transit capacity.
