Went to the Portal and noticed updated renderings.

Corner of the tower is now glass, Podium heights vary, and gold accents to the white windows are quite nice.

I like how this has come along quite a lot.

Just in case he didn't notice, @Paclo is flagged on the newer docs.

The most recent, in print iteration of changes is from July '25, but the most recent Arch. Drawings are from October.

I will most info from the Arch. Response Letter on the changes as at July:

The most recent Project Data Sheet (October '25) retains the unit count at 384.

Notes:

1) Tenure is still pegged as condo when there is no Condo market except in luxury, which this is not.

2) Unit sizes are still small boxes averaging just over 600ft2 across all types and forms.

So... what @ProjectEnd was saying above, translated for the common man; THIS is not getting built any time soon (if ever), at least not in that format, by this developer.

Which does make me want to ask PE. I get the economic virtue of finishing a ZBA even when you don't intend to build, to boost future sales price, and maybe to borrow against; but what's the virtue in completing an SPA you know doesn't work; and that presumably anyone who would take the site off your hands would have to completely re-do?
