We'll only get beautiful buildings if consumers demand it. We don't so they keep doing what they've been doing. Agree that it's depressing but things are better than they were 10 years ago. I try to focus on that.

QuadReal has submitted planning applications for the South Village phase of Bayview Village, proposing two residential towers of 44 and 52 storeys atop a shared retail podium. The transit-oriented project would introduce new housing, retail, public spaces, and a direct connection to Bayview station.
