Here's hoping it's sold off soon, and one can assume that with the Coach Terminal closed, the reason for the purgatory has vanished into thin air like the disappeared diesel fumes.

Ideally, I'd like to see the row of heritage buildings along Elm Street restored and return in the form of retail spaces again. These have potential to form a pleasant streetscape. It's also nice to see commercial usage along side streets.

Is it that hard to retain the heritage houses of the Ward along Elm? Disgraceful. Reject immediately until at least that is fixed.
