The southern portion, second phase of the site has a single-storey banquet hall that operated as Le Parc. Not sure when it closed. Anyone know?

I believe the main venue was closed 2021 but there was chinese restaurant (Lobster Port) that took up some space on the east side that closed around 2024

Not enough parking for this area.
It has no transportation except overpriced VIVA and unreliable York Transit.
No supermarkets nearby.
Nevertheless, I hope this project will be build someday.
