...I like the massing and style better than Goode, but fails in closure inspection as the material choices are ravaged with cheapening, IMO.

That's the plan. Look no further than planning docs to see the final count.

Looks like they started to build the mechanical room on the top of building now, I see a solid concrete wall going up along the south side of building....I could be wrong though, didn't have a opportunity to take a picture. Don't think they made it quite to 46 floors.
