It’s not grey, it’s a light beige colour. I think it will compliment the stone heritage facade bellow. I don’t think it’s gorgeous but definitely not hideous.

Yikes, I thought they were going to be covered with something else. Like the renderings show them as white so that's why I thought something was going to cover them.

I'm kinda conflicted by that beige/grey stone too, looks bland to me. I'll have to have a wander and see for myself sometime.

I think there are fillers that still have to be installed in between as it looks like insulation showing in the gaps

Since it will only be on the first few floors, it feels like it will serve as a great transition from the heritage stone to the all glass facade. Almost feels like the stone is peeling away (hopefully not literally given this is Concord) and revealing the glass.

I dont like the breaks in the stone, wish it was a continuous strip, im happy its stone i thought it was aluminum panels

I'm also not big on it (especially right now with how slab-y it's looking), but am waiting to see how it looks as a whole when it's further along.

I'd assumed it was precast concrete rather than stone. Happy to be wrong on that though. There was a post of the materials in the SPA somewhere. I'll have to try to find it again.
