Reversal of Fortune
As of yesterday, Monday January 12 - there had been no visible cladding activity since December 22 - starting to wonder if the project was being hit with another delay like the previous December / January timeframe - and then the cladding crew showed up today, and they have been killing it.
First photos show the status as of December 22 through to January 12. Level 5 cladding had been installed on four facade sections on the south side of the building. The second set of photos is from 11:10 this morning, with the third set being from 2:30 this afternoon, with a number of sections already being completed today.
A final photo is of the hoarding around the former Early Mercy building, which is now being used as storage and delivery staging for the King Toronto project.
December 22: Work was ongoing, with three more pieces installed prior to the end of the day and the start of the Christmas break.

Obviously, a good number of sections installed and the day was not over - the crew was still working as of 4:05 (the tower crane is visible from our place, and is holding the cladding section currently being installed.
Meanwhile, on King Street, Allied building images were installed on the hoarding around the former Early Mercy building earlier today.
