During the ribbon cutting ceremony last month, it was possible to walk through the play area, but not to actually use it. Now it's all fenced off. I wonder when it's actually opening. Maybe not for a few years, when more residential buildings are up?

HH Angus has the top two floors here. The remaining six floors are currently vacant.

There was a full floor Celestica lease but they've backed out and it's currently available for sub.

Ah I guess they fully relocated to NYCC in that case. Thanks !
