Got a laugh out of the very level headed opener to one of the letters of objection:

"This is the most under‐consulted, preposterous, neighbourhood‐value‐ignorant development proposal I
have ever witnessed. Proposing such a MONUMENTAL shift in the resident and area citizens’ quality of
life, biota support, elder support, local employment and property values in our neighbourhood"
