• Demolition: Completed;

• Excavation and shoring: from September 2024 to December 2024;

• Below grade formwork: from December 2025 to 07 2025;

• Above grade formwork: from July 2025 to November 2026;

• Building envelope phase: from May 2026 to February 2027, and;

• Interior finishes stage: from August 2026 to August 2027.

These timelines are outdated by about a year. Excavation and shoring just started recently

Shoring permit was issued in July.

Foundation Permit is 'ready for issuance' which means when Minto cuts the proverbial cheque they can begin building back to grade.

I would imagine that will be paid for as they approach the bottom and await inspection.

I suspect Minto is waiting for approval from it's rental management division and investment partners to cut the proverbial cheque. I won't be surprised if this project is paused for a considerable amount of time. From what I understand it took some arm twisting from Minto's high-rise division to convince their rental division to convert this project from condo to rental.
