By my account we are at 40 floors they can stop anytime now this thing looks so cheap it's like they saw the hate that artistry was getting for jeeping out on materials and went we could beat that

It may be cheap cladding but at least from far away it adds warmth to the skyline and breaks the all glass monotone look of most condos. Specially for the distillery we should have more brick in all new buildings

Is there any confirmation coming from Lanterra directly themselves on final floor count? Their website makes no reference to 46 floors or an increase in suites number. The referenced article is almost a year old lots of condo canceled projects in the city this last year.
I count 41 floors currently.
