Oh my god, this project keeps getting worse and worse! How does crap like this get passed??

Because it is a business decision. And despite recent and ongoing new developments springing up along it, a Dupont address doesn't always make developers feel that they need to exude quality design initiatives. Especially when it is west of Bathurst.

And when a developer decides to work with G+C, they've pretty much admitted that they couldn't care less about their building's design and that the design will be gutter trash.
