Because it is a business decision. And despite recent and ongoing new developments springing up along it, a Dupont address doesn't always make developers feel that they need to exude quality design initiatives. Especially when it is west of Bathurst.

There are lots of people who don't share Peter's (aA's) stylistic leanings.... but I don't think I've ever heard their level of competence compared to G+C. That's a stretch.

aA tends to be weak on grade-level expression and also leans toward colder and less colourful cladding. I generally am not keen on that tendency. Still, they don't belong in the G+C dumpster file.
