The original plan yes. UHN who has now bought the building is not doing any of that. Only renovating the interior (last I heard)

Makes sense. I got a little muddled between the different iterations from the proposed teardown to the UHN retrofit.

The original zoning app was approved at Council, April 24th, 2025.

As one might expect, given the purchase of this building and no intent to move forward here, SPA is dormant.
