Yeah, I await how that section, and the tower above is handled materially. I expect a reverse of Aura, wherin instead of bad material choices below, and a well clad curtainwall structure at the top, this will be the reverse.
Of course, the heritage buildings being facadomized helps the street level as well.

once again, these renderings are not accurate.

The cladding will specifically look like this - right out of the materials drawings from SPA. We will not be getting a mysterious BMU slot at the roof, nor will we get "mismatched" facades.

The SPA drawings also match how the podium has come together so far - showing their accuracy. Most of this tower is glass curtain wall of similar quality to what we see on the podium, minus the aluminum vertical fins.

At this point is there a way to pin this post or something to the top of the thread? I feel like I have to correct people here on a monthly basis even at this stage when we have actual cladding to look at.
