Minus the entirely paved front yard... Man, was that really necessary? Put a bit of landscaping in there or at least pavers for the front walkway spaces.

No one ever looks at a vast expanse of pavement like that with a smile on their face. It may look decent when new (particularly when wet), but it will leave people longing for some greenery once the clean look fades.

ahh, looking at the site plan, it's basically required to provide site access to the garages. But still, I feel like it could have been done a bit better than it was.
