This one isn't complete yet there is still a lot of work being done on the ground floor area and public spaces

Agreed, far from complete. There is still a lot to go on the retail buildings on the inside court of the towers and towers C & D might look complete from the exterior, but a lot of work still going on. At least 3 months to go on the portions I am apart of.
 
I find it really incredible that Menkes are all good with better looking designs and builds in the depths of Vaughan, but are perfectly fine with atrocious looking builds on prime real estate in the heart of downtown Toronto that brings nothing of substance.

It's shamefully embarrassing.
 
^Sun Life and Whitefield are okay...

...but 365 Church did end them up in a special place in Hades for me. >.<
 
Well, The Eglinton is a daily reminder for me on why I'm hesitant to rate Menkes well, but they have hits and misses like any other developer.
For every 87 Peter, they can still turn out something decent like Sun Life.

I find this to be an awkward, fussy development, but can't judge it much since I've only seen it from a distance, or online. But regardless, its massing and site plan leaves much to be desired.

It's a Class A office building with the budget to match. Do you not mean Harbour Plaza?
