Only two buildings of semi-detached homes has been completed, two new semi-detached homes under construction and 6 remaining buildings of semi-detached houses not starting yet but it will be built in the spring/summer.

End of year update, did not see any units still under construction. I imagine the empty land there is where the rest of the units will go, but they are under pre-construction at this point? @Branden Simon might know more.
