Phase 1 podium (condo and/or rec centre) roof still not in use for some reason above. Why - Anyone?
Working on the hotel pool. Phase 1 indoor pool still closed? (Draining/unloading the pool caused stress issues?)
Ground level moving along. - slowly
Slow, expensive and very nice balcony work still in progress.
Very little (if any) OCD issues with any broken/missing windows, balcony glass, etc. Just this different balcony feature. It should move quicker now.
