Does the unit # decrease mean larger units? And I see more parking. Glad to see the market reacting to what is selling. Don't like the look of this.. The colours (greys, silvers) are bland, but I'm happy they are going forward.

I was talking to my dry cleaner this morning who's located on Dundas right next to Six Points Plaza. He said the development has been put on "indefinite hold" because Liberty didn't think they could sell the required number of units after the cancellation of the Cloverdale Mall project. He said he didn't know if the towers on Jopling Ave S and Beamish were paused or cancelled but he wouldn't be surprised if they were.

This would be in the Top 5 of best things to ever happen in Etobicoke history if this development is cancelled out right.

It's an absolute horrid and insipid "plan", and an unmitigated urban planning disaster.
