Hi folks,
I'm new to Urban Toronto - long-time, occasional reader, first-time poster. I live in this neighbourhood and have been keeping an eye on this development, from its early days of taking over the rentals and businesses on the strip, to the pit sitting vacant and flooded, to now.

From what I can tell from the renderings and approval docs with the city, this tower will be closer to the street than James Cooper Mansion, the Selby, the Burke, and possibly most of the other towers on the east side of that block.. I can't quite figure out how it will compare though. Has anyone figured that out?
