those tower separation distances aren't awful and there are plenty of precedents of those distances being approved by the city elsewhere, but they are also generally unnecessary on a site this size. Aspen Ridge should be able to accommodate 25m here with 3 towers.

...it was a good thing that this place was saved from MZO down 'em Doug. Now it also needs to be saved from cheapening developers.
