I believe there are two storage facilities going in. One to the west of the LCBO is under construction (pics above) while 3470 is still to be built.

It's kind of hilarious that there are suddenly two of these monstrous bunkers on Dundas now with only that sad little LCBO separating them.

because employment zoning doesn't really have maximum heights and self-storage is a permitted use.. which means these go straight to site-plan more or less "as of right" - a really rare thing in Toronto!

Edit: for some reason this whole area is still under the former City of York zoning by-law which makes the zoning even more archaic.

But to give you an idea of what E-zones permit in 569-2013..
