I remember when this one launched and thinking their pricing was just absolutely insane. I’m not surprised people are going to be losing their shirts here.

funny enough currently there is an exclusive assignment sale for a 1+1 bed + 2 bath + 0 parking 690 sqft unit in this building for $700K

It's so annoying that they insist on using feet and inches in floorplans 🤦‍♂️ I hate galley kitchens so much, and it's strange to have the bathtub in the guest washroom
