Weird floor plans…

The video didn’t seem to embed well so here’s a screenshot. There is no extra room hiding behind the door, just space for a twin bed.

Must get really cold and drafty in the winter having a bed pressed against that corner wall of glass.
This is not even a legal bedroom as it doesn’t meet the minimum floor area requirements. This should really be a den.
I would get rid of the closet to free up more space.

I have to say, I'm appalled, that any builder would ever market a unit laid out that way, that any government would approve such a thing and that any buyer would reward the preceding with a purchase.

Collective insanity/indifference to the negatives for a future resident here, and for society.

Hey all, seeing all the layouts here has been very helpful. This is my layout I’m living in now (bought precon as well - 550 sqft ) I know it has some flaws but curious is it as bad as the ones we’ve been seeing here or it’s not bad ? Thanks for your feedback

I too enjoy unwinding on my couch after a long day and watching... my kitchen.

Seriously though, you have no wall for a TV anywhere. Did you get the optional den? If not, that shared wall with the bathroom could work.

I also have concerns about how much natural light the unit will get. With the bedroom where it is, most of your light will come from the balcony doors, so your kitchen and hallway light will get heavy usage.

It's pretty standard I'd say.
