Resubmission including the acquisition of 15 Lola Rd (orphaned in previous proposal) & the public laneway for an expanded site boundary; and the complete removal of office space from the proposal. Stat change table below:

While the OLT did approve the settlement with an interim order in Dec '23, the Final Order remains pending (City must endorse expanded/revised proposal first).

Resubmission with the following stat changes:
  • Storey count is now 15 with the inclusion of indoor amenity in the lower MPH
  • Height increased from 60.33 to 64.13m
  • Total residential units increased from 264 to 274
  • Bicycle parking increased from 314 to 316
  • Vehicular parking decreased from 106 to 105
