The City of Mississauga makes it easy to access important employment data like this and more, through its annual employment survey. Since 2001, this survey has collected information about local businesses and jobs, helping to support the business community, shape the City’s economic strategies, and guide planning efforts.

We encourage you to visit the City Data Planning Hub to look at the 2024 survey results and 10 year trends, which include:

• The total number of jobs, including which jobs are categorized as temporary, full-time, part-time, and hybrid
