I’d watch that video on mute! AI voice with factual errors and useless filler.
It is beautifully shot though and makes me wish Apple would make Toronto into one of their city flyover screensavers

I find it strange that it's an AI voice, but yet the person that owns the channel is a real person responding to comments.

No, there's not an inch of tapering. I assume that's one of the factual errors reported re: @cityspace's video (the other reviews of which make me not want to listen to any of it).
