Proposed is a 15-storey (14 + indoor amenity in mechanical level), 155-unit purpose-built rental designed by superkül for Oben Group on the west side of Dowling Avenue, north of King Street West and south of Queen Street West in Toronto's Little Tibet–South Parkdale neighbourhood.

First resubmission here with some minor changes including a -2 decrease in total proposed units; +5 increase in total bike parking, minor GFA decrease and a small height decrease from 54.9 to 53m
