More panels. These look to be ceramic and all of the same shade which differs from the rendering. Taken 20 January.

They're Extruded Terracotta Panels (https://nbkterracotta.com)
My company is doing the supply and install of these panels.
They were a pain in the butt to design and procure given that they came from Europe (we placed the order in 2023!) and having maneuver around their material and system limits.
I hope the install goes well.

Edit: If anyone in my office sees this -- hi guys! I see you.

Lovely product. So is this effectively a rain screen, with the seams to be caulked?

Oh it's very nice. We have the sample in house and the look and finish is stunning.

So, I'm having a quick look at our shop drawings (I wasn't involved in this project, so bear with me) but yes it is a rain screen product, but we're not showing caulk joints. I would assume, to allow some movement and to allow for drainage.

So no1 in Canada can supply Terracotta Panels? If not, why lol?

Supply isn't the issue, lots of distributors, however I don't think there are many (if at all) terracotta specific manufacturers in Canada.
Maybe in the US where it is a more widely used material (like in the south & south west) there would be some manufacturers, I'm not sure. However, I am not surprised that a material like this would come from Europe.
It is more common to see a variety of exterior cladding materials in Europe (it's also the source of a lot of fiber cement and phenolic panels). Where as we stick to concrete, aluminum and glass.

Also, this manufacturer was in the spec.

Kinda an interesting take into how materials are made to deal with our frigid winters and ridiculous summers. So thanks for sharing! /bows

I really need to get going on my petition - this thing looks like it will open sometime this year.

Thanks for the background. Really digging the panels.
