I think it's being treated as a Reno of the existing building as opposed to new; as I don't see a Site Plan for it.

I do see permits.

I had no luck sourcing a render either.

Part 2: So the inside looks to be two very large, double height spaces with the one on the east side with the dome being the prayer hall.

Stopped at Kandahar House across the street for a little snack!
