The South bound traffic is in the bike lane due to the North bound lanes being under construction. Traffic is always crazy at Bay,Yonge and Jarvis.

Only minor gripe atm - it'd be nice if the bands on the podium could be more white vs grey as they are in the render ! Otherwise so far it's pretty close.

The SkyTower is starting to get close to 100 meters.
For reference, the Toronto Star building is 101 meters to the top, and where I am taking the pictures is 108 meters to the top, but 99 meters to the top floor.

It's actually funny how awkward it looks without phase 3's podium because the side of prestige just looks unfinished as it will be buried by the third building

This tower will dwarf everything around it where height is concerned when built...

Big changes coming to the future phases here. Will be interesting to see how the podium does or does not get tied into all that...

By that you mean the south block? I assume Phase 3 here won't change significantly, unless Pinnacle wants an even bigger tower.

...so yeah, begging the question, the current proposal has a lot of office space, I gather - I was wondering how that will all pan out now.

The narrowing on this graceful sky tower is quite apparent from this angle.
A couple shots of the funky angling…it looks rough but we assume it’ll get the job done.

I Just think they messed the podium with that mechanical floor there.
