Outstanding red colouration on that one building, looking really nice!

Good block plan, usable sized public park at just over 1ha/2.5 acres.

In terms of the sit interior, I wouldn't mind seeing just a smidge more natural area next to the valley in Blocks A and C, even if Mississauga or CVCA had to purchase it.

Let me add the Statistical Summary:

3,027-unit residential development proposal delayed in Mississauga

City planners support intensification in this area of Mississauga but indicate the proposal is incomplete, according to a report to the Sept. 18 Planning and Development Committee.

Outstanding issues include determining the buffers around Little Etobicoke Creek ravines, and insuring a property line accurately reflects the expanded right-of-way to accommodate a proposed Bus Rapid Transit on Dundas Street East.

The Ministry of the Environment flagged potential ground contamination as the property was possibly used for the disposal of industrial waste. That onsite contamination must be properly addressed before the project begins.

Also, there were technical studies to be addressed, as well as parking and traffic issues.

The decision from the Case Management Conference held on July 6, 2023 can be found here.

The TRCA and Region of Peel were granted Party status.

A second Case Management Conference will be scheduled for October 31, 2023.
Another Case Management Conference was held on February 28, 2024, with an additional conference scheduled for October 16, 2024, and a merit hearing scheduled to commence on March 24, 2025.
