I've always felt that Mississauga City Centre should have two subway lines. One going to Union Station, and one going, via the airport, to Yonge and Sheppard. One can dream.

I see per Google it's about a 7 minute walk from 590 Argus Road to the Oakville GO train station. Interesting.

Baker Real Estate, who are handling the sales for this, sent out an email this afternoon saying that Forma Phase One is now officially sold out.

Drove by here today, unfortunately couldn't snap a photo, but it looks like they have started excavation.

If anyone is interested, M1 started occupancy over the past few days! Also, the new intersection at Quartz Rd. and Burnhamthorpe Rd. W. is open, with working traffic lights.
