Ready for final closing?

My unit ceiling have some cracks and the builder came in inspected and said safe and normal. Is anyone have same issue? And any suggestions or how to fix it is the builder not patch up the cracks?

I will go back tomorrow and check. Is that you only turn the cold and hot valve under the bathroom room sink . Nothing else . And if we have to turn the furnace switch on?

Yes. I turn on the cold and hot valve under the bathroom. And let the water run for few minutes. Still not hot.
