Lobby is coming along nicely. Also huge hole on Camden st hope no one got hurt.

If they mimic the condo interior in the food hall I think it all works. The black accents and wood are all major elements inside waterworks. And I agree the yellow is definitely a nod to rotblotts which people just refer to as the yellow hardware store.

Park is open! Looks great from the park. Excited to see how energetic this area will get once the food hall is open.

Anyone know when the park is set to open up?

It was the 3 commercial buildings closest to Spadina. Just checked google maps I think 4 Camden - 12 Camden. Buildings were fenced off and parts of the roofs were gone.

Anyone go for their PDI? The photo of the lobby in the other thread looks fantastic.

Did you get a PDI date yet? The exterior elevator still seems to be up, wondering if they might move people in while still working on the exterior. I have a family member waiting on a unit and they are hoping to move in soon.

Have you gotten any update to your tentative date? Went by a few weeks ago and they seem a whiles away.

While I agree a bit that the condo is a little heavy compared to the heritage portion, I think once it’s completed and more lively with the condo, park, food hall and YMCA it’s going to feel right.

Surprised they haven’t moved the date out for you. I’m guessing since the construction elevator still up we are still a whiles away from completion.
