My brokerage's pre-con team is handling the sales so we've gotten to see a lot about the building already. The fact that Foster & Partners is the architect is a great indicator. They just designed the Apple Headquarters. The building will be valet only, have heated pathways on the outdoor...

That would actually be great. The number of completions for 2020 is low compared to 2018 & 2019 which should lead to plenty of rental demand then.

My tentative occupancy was pushed back to Nov 1, 2018 last week. I remember when I bought and they said 2018 I instantly assumed it was likely going to be 2019 and it will probably get pushed back again.

Expect prices to be $1250/sqft and up. The construction quality and the level of amenities are going to be on a completely different level than 1 Bloor E or anything really in the city currently.

I like the use of crayon. What happened to the GO tunnel entrance that was supposed to come through there for Mimico station?

I purchased a unit in this building on the weekend and think it has a lot of potential. If the Broadview hotel is fixed up as they claim (think Drake Hotel in the west end) I can see the community rapidly changing for the better like has happened on Queen West, without the over development. Time...

Once they work out all the kinks this will be a very interesting way of looking at the city!
