You should have by law gotten notification from Aspen Ridge fro the builder from my understanding. Check your junk email or reach out to Aspen Ridge as I have friends in Crosstown III (your building) on higher floors that have already gotten it a while ago.
East Tower is a separate entity. Given that you are on the 16th floor, occupancy will likely begin in approximately three months.
For context:
Block 12 Townhomes are fully occupied;
The Generations building is expected to begin occupancy in Q2 2026;
Crest has approximately 2–3 floors remaining...
They are going to open in February as planned, transit priority if it comes will come at a later time. Remember EG LRT is grade separated from Mount Dennis till pretty much Aga Khan Station (except for the 1 light at Leaside) so even if transit priority were to be implemented, it would only...
Eglinton LRT next update will come in "Late January", probably looking at March at the earliest at this point I imagine.
"However it eventually became clear it would not open by the end of 2026."
LINE NOT OPENING UNTIL 2027 - might as well wait a couple more years and open it up alongside the...

In the press release it mentions "With this rigorous testing complete and final preparatory works underway, it is expected the Eglinton Crosstown LRT will open to the public in the coming weeks."
Weeks would be less than 8 ish weeks in my strong opinion meaning by Sunday, February 1. Anything...
We will likely hear a more firmed up plan / proposal closer to the next election 2029 as an incentive to vote Conservative and at that point Ontario Line will look or appear close to complete (hopefully). We need this extension to free up the Yonge Line and also to have an east vertical reliable...
Assuming the RSD ends today, when would they:
a) Announce the opening date of the Eglinton LRT?
b) Actually open the Eglinton LRT?
I’m hoping it might open by Sunday, January 4, just in time for the new semester / back to work after the holidays —maybe even announced around Christmas as a bit...
