    Is there? I thought I had heard that with the reduction of capital flowing to PE & VC that LS rents were reduced and vacancy was increasing. But I could be wrong. NL you probably have an inside-track.

    Think this breaks ground in the next 5 years? It was supposed to be a Life Sci hub similar to MaRS... but with the sector downturn interested to see if they'll pivot to another academic building.

    Drove by yesterday - still looking pretty bleak -but the neighbouring VIVA? project looks great. Looks like EMBLEM took over Core's portion of the project. Their logos been blanked out - I'll grab a photo next time I pass, but might need to update the project header

    Exactly - realistically it's the ONTARIO science centre. They 'should' move it to somewhere way more transit oriented - specifically by school bus. Doesn't have to be downtown Toronto or connected to subway. Maybe look for land around York U or Vaughan
