They are a small builder. Until you mentioned it, I never noticed the singles along the west edge of the property. Maybe they are waiting to finish the towns first.

Since phase two is a reno of the existing building, my guess is that it won't start until the new building is fully operational. It's funny how I have never shot this project. I drive by it fairly frequently and always think I should shoot it some day but I never do. It just doesn't stand out...

Porter's 51st E295 is two hours away from YYZ on the delivery flight. The madness continues. Pay no attention to the photo as FR24 pulls the photo by reg rather than SN.

December 22nd Kipling Station Condos

This was me ten days ago. Wife had the ear infection, daughter was on the mend, and I was taken out with the flu :( Hang in there @lenaitch
