They are a small builder. Until you mentioned it, I never noticed the singles along the west edge of the property. Maybe they are waiting to finish the towns first.

Since phase two is a reno of the existing building, my guess is that it won't start until the new building is fully operational. It's funny how I have never shot this project. I drive by it fairly frequently and always think I should shoot it some day but I never do. It just doesn't stand out...
